It's a tight race and while Eric had quite an off-week, so did the rest of us!

In NFL news - I hate Green Bay. Our CFO is a huge Packer fan and was at the game on Sunday. He hasn't said much... but then again, he doesn't really need to.

Adrian Peterson is not out for the season... but if he played less, we might get a better draft pick. Tarvaris is supposed to start again next week so it should be interesting to see what he can do without AP in the backfield. I missed most of the games Sunday so I don't have much else other than complaining about how my own home team isn't good.

You too can complain about your team right here on this blog! Will the John Beck era start in Miami? When will Jamarcus Russell start for Oakland? Will Rex Grossman re-gain his starting job in Chicago? Losman or Edwards in Buffalo?

Good luck in Week 11! We have a full 16 game schedule from here on out, so it could get very interesting!

I definitely had an off week. I should have gone with my instincts, not that it would have made much of a difference. I originally picked Denver and Atlanta to win their games, but changed those picks after more "research", deciding to play it safe and go with the "Experts picks". I still would have gotten only 9 right, which would be my low score and be thrown out anyway.

As for the Vikings.. at this point, perhaps they should try to out-lose Atlanta so they can draft Brian Brohm. These are sorry times for Vikings fans who remember the 15-1 season of 1998, and the run of consecutive playoff appearances. I think the team might have done better this year if they were coached by Richard Childress instead of Brad Childress. AP should still be the ROY even if he doesn't play another game all season.

"The Vikings are terrible..."

AP is definitely ROY... unless Marshawn Lynch keeps up his recent hot streak. I have complete confidence that regardless of how good the Vikings draft pick is next year we'll find some way to screw it up. Take for example the recent change from 15 minutes to 10 minutes per selection, we may wind up slipping down a slot or two... again...

If we sideline AP then maybe he won't wind up saving Childress' coaching career in Minnesota. But then again when next Sunday's barn-burner against Oakland doesn't sell out they'll be itching to get AP back on the field. According to the local sports radio station AP is #11 in total Jersey Sales for the 2007 season. They can't afford to keep him on the sideline... which means a worse draft pick and another horrible year of coaching and Tarvaris in '08. Go Vikes!

I did so bad this week. Looking at the scores on Sunday, it seemed like every pick went against me, although I got a few right. Who would have thought that Indy would lose, or the Saints. I also picked Miami to win their first game...oh, well. I need to pick better, or stop anylizing the games so much. Maybe I should have my wife or daughter pick my teams this week?

Bryan-

Have your daughter pick the games, then post the picks here. I think a lot of us could use some help after this past week.
