Guys just got a HD+ and trying to connect it to A TH50PF10 panel, with DVI out and HDMI converter to dual HDMI blade. for my dvd player. I just about see the blue screen then its lost. VGA output is fine but cannot get a picture on screen using DVI. Any Ideas?
